How It Works:
Dry Hire Bar Services refer to the hire of a professional Mixologist and mobile bar, with essential cocktail tools included. Additional items such as glassware, a larger mobile bar setup, smoking gun, natural smoker, display equipment and other enhancements are available at an extra cost. Step 1 - Drinks Planning:
We create a personalised shopping list based on your chosen cocktails & drinks, and the estimated number of guests. You will purchase the alcohol, mixers, juices, fruits, and ice according to this list.Set-Up:
Our team arrives 1.5 hours prior to your event to set up the bar - FREE OF CHARGE.Service:
At the agreed start time, we begin serving drinks and cocktails to your guests with a professional and interactive approach.Clean-Up:
After the event, we tidy and clean the bar area, pack our equipment, and leave the space as we found it.
Legal & Safety Compliance:
Our Dry Hire services do not require a TEN (Temporary Event Notice) from us.
However, all services operate under UK alcohol licensing laws and food safety regulations.
We strictly follow Challenge 25, no alcohol for under 18s, and uphold safe food handling standards.
Bar Dry Hire Extras:
Cocktails, wine and soft / spirits & mixers glass rental available from £1.50 per glass.
All glassware arrives clean and ready for use.
We handle the collection of used glasses after the event.
Wine / Beer ice bucket rental available from £5 per item.
High Bar Tables - (Max three/ event) starting from £15/ table (Offer: 3 tables for £40)
Cocktail Smoker ( wood ) at £30 per event, and Bubble Gun ( Blueberry sphere ) available tfrom £35 per event
