Our Story
Founded by Rares Tom Pasare, The Aproned Mixologist & Co was created from a passion for mixology, fine wines, and exceptional hospitality.
What began as a small bespoke bar service for private events in East London has grown into a trusted mobile bar experience for weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events across London and beyond.
Our goal has always remained the same — to bring bar-quality cocktails, carefully selected wines, and professional service directly to your event.
With more than a decade of experience in hospitality, mixology, and wine service, Rares founded The Aproned Mixologist & Co to bring elegant cocktail and wine experiences directly to private and corporate events.
His career spans renowned restaurants, luxury hotels, and award-winning venues across London, where he developed a passion for exceptional drinks and guest-focused service.

Nicolae joined The Aproned Mixologist & Co in 2022 as an equity partner, bringing a strong background in hospitality operations and business development.
After moving to London in 2021, he quickly gained experience in hotel back-of-house management, where his attention to service quality and operational standards earned consistent recognition.
Today, Nicolae works alongside the team to expand The Aproned Mixologist brand across London and Essex, focusing on marketing strategy, client experience, and business growth.

Max brings more than 20 years of experience in the wine industry and holds WSET Level 4 certification along with professional qualifications in both wine and beer.
His expertise allows guests to explore the world of wine through engaging tastings, storytelling, and deep knowledge of terroir and winemaking traditions.
