Our Private Wine and Food Pairing session includes a private chef who will prepare and present each course for your guests. The Sommelier will begin by introducing the wine before the food arrives, highlighting its key characteristics, taste, and flavour profile. Throughout the experience, the Sommelier will share expert insights on the wine and food pairings, guiding your guests through each combination to enhance the tasting experience.

The experience features a luxurious 7-course meal, each course expertly paired with 8 different wines. For each wine, the Sommelier will provide an in-depth description, exploring its appellation, origins, aromas, and flavour profiles, all carefully matched to complement the dish. The main focus of the session will be on the art of food and wine pairing, with the Sommelier guiding guests through the effects of each pairing to elevate the overall tasting experience.
