How it works (simple steps)

1. Discovery call – Tell us your date, venue, guest count and style.

2. Menu design – Choose from our seasonal list or request signature serves.

3. Plan & licence – We confirm logistics and assist with TEN if needed.

4. Set‑up – We arrive early, chill the wines, polish the glassware and prep garnishes.

5. Service – Smooth, friendly, fast. Cocktails shaken to order; wine perfectly poured.

6. Close‑down – Discreet pack‑down and recycling, leaving your venue spotless.

Yes—we can guide you and, if needed, apply on your behalf where permitted by the council.

What does “unlimited” mean?
Unlimited refers to service within the booked hours. We promote responsible service and reserve the right to refuse service where appropriate.

Can we choose our own cocktails and wines?
Absolutely. Start with our seasonal list and we’ll tailor from there—even name signature drinks after you.

Do you supply glassware and ice?
Yes, premium glassware and all ice are included unless your venue provides them.

Do you cater for 0% and special diets?
Yes—mocktails are delicious, and we label allergens clearly.

Do you need power and water?
A standard 13A socket is ideal. Water access is helpful —tell us about your venue and we’ll plan accordingly.

Can you supply staff for the entire wedding?

Yes, we can provide professional staff for your event, ensuring seamless service from start to finish.

Are your staff fully licensed and insured?

Yes. We hold a personal alcohol licence and public liability insurance. Our team are trained professionals, ensuring your event runs smoothly and safely.

Do you cater for non-drinkers and children?

Of course. We offer a wide range of creative mocktails, soft drinks, and alcohol-free alternatives so everyone can enjoy the celebration.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least one - six months in advance to secure your date, but we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Do we need to pay a deposit to secure the date?

Yes, a minimum deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking and secure the service.

Can we arrange a multiple-location service?

Yes, we can accommodate events across multiple locations, either on the same day or on different days, with full or partial services tailored to your needs.

Can a full-location package include the Hen, Stag, Wedding Day, and Celebration Party after the wedding?

Yes, we can accommodate all your pre- and post-wedding celebrations, including Hen and Stag parties, the Wedding Day itself, and any follow-up celebration parties, arranged to suit your schedule.

Can you accommodate surprises such as a gender reveal at the wedding?

Yes, we can create a special two-hour cocktail session featuring pink and light blue cocktails. At the reveal moment, we can present a cocktail tower with the chosen gender colour, allowing every guest to take a glass and join in the celebration.
