What we do:

We provide Premium Mobile Bar services for weddings and celebrations, covering every stage of your event — from the ceremony and reception to the party, toast and after-party.

  • Our professional team includes certified Sommeliers, Mixologists and senior hospitality staff, such as experienced bartenders and waiters, ensuring a smooth and well-managed service throughout.

  • We offer all-inclusive bar packages, including bottomless options with cocktails, mocktails, spirits and mixers, soft drinks, bottled beers, ciders, bespoke Wine Bar and more.

  • Wine service for the table is also available, with packages offering half a bottle of wine per guest from £16 per person, or half a bottle of Prosecco from £18 per person. Our sommelier will host a private one-to-one live video wine tasting, guiding you in real time to help you choose your wedding wines. Samples and a tasting sheet will be delivered to your address in advance. This service is available once your booking is confirmed and the deposit has been paid.

  • Our service is flexible, allowing you to select a ready-made package or create a bespoke menu using additional options.

  • We offer three types of bar set-up, designed to suit different venue sizes and layouts: The Martini Bar – ideal for small spaces, offering a compact and highly flexible bar set-up; The Rhône Bar – suitable for small to medium-sized spaces, providing a flexible layout with increased serving capacity; The Diplomat Bar – designed for larger venues, featuring a 2-metre, wood-based bar that delivers both presence and performance.

How it works:

1. Enquiry
Submit an enquiry through our form and select your preferred package from our diverse range of options or, call us for more details.

2. Consultation
We will confirm availability by email or message and arrange a call at a time that suits you to discuss your event in more detail ( food options, timings, plans)

3. Function Sheet & Quote
Following the call, we will create a function sheet based on your event timeline (e.g. ceremony, reception, party and more). This will be sent to you along with a final quote, with clear and transparent pricing.

4. Booking & Deposit
Once you decide to proceed, a 20% deposit will be requested by invoice to secure your date and a contract will be attached. Payment is made by bank transfer only (no cash payments).

5. Wine Tasting
Based on your food menu, wine samples will be delivered to your chosen address, including storage instructions. A one-hour, one-to-one live video wine tasting will be arranged at a flexible time. Once selected, your wines will be ordered and secured for your event.

6. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date, confirming our attendance.

7. Final Confirmation
One week before the event, we will contact you to finalise the function sheet, including timings, products and bar set-up. Please note that wine selections cannot be changed at this stage.

Do you help with the Licensing (Temporary Event Notice)?
Yes—we can apply where permitted by the council if necessary.

What does “Bottomless” mean?
Bottomless refers to unlimited drinks within the booked hours. We promote responsible drinking and reserve the right to refuse service where appropriate.

Can we choose our own cocktails and wines?
Absolutely. Start with our seasonal list and we’ll tailor from there—even name signature drinks after you.

Do you supply glassware and ice?
Yes, premium glassware and all ice are included unless your venue provides them.

Do you cater for 0% ABV and special diets?
Yes—mocktails are delicious, and we label allergens clearly.

Do you need power and water?
We use Solar Energy but, a standard 13A socket is ideal. Water access is helpful —tell us about your venue and we’ll plan accordingly.

Can you supply staff for the entire wedding?

Yes, we can provide professional staff for your event, ensuring seamless service from start to finish.

Are your staff fully licensed and insured?

Yes. We hold a personal alcohol licence and public liability insurance. Our team are trained professionals, ensuring your event runs smoothly and safely.

Do you cater for non-drinkers and children?

Of course. We offer a wide range of creative mocktails, soft drinks, and alcohol-free alternatives so everyone can enjoy the celebration.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least one month in advance to secure your date, but we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Do we need to pay a deposit to secure the date?

Yes, a minimum deposit of 20% is required to confirm your booking and secure the date.

Can we arrange a multiple-location service?

Yes, we can accommodate events across multiple locations, either on the same day or on different days, with full or partial services tailored to your needs.

Can a single location package include multiple celebrations ?

Yes, we can accommodate all your pre- and post-wedding celebrations, including Hen and Stag parties, the Wedding Day itself, and any follow-up celebration parties, arranged to suit your schedule.

Can you accommodate surprises such as a gender reveal at the wedding?

Yes, we can create a special two cocktail featuring pink and light blue cocktails. At the reveal moment, we can present a cocktail tower with the chosen gender colour, allowing every guest to take a glass and join in the celebration.
