Each service offers a distinctive theme: craft and enjoy your own signature cocktails under expert guidance, or explore the elegance of the wine world by discovering regions, appellations and unique tasting profiles.
Our Cocktail Masterclass is an engaging, hands-on experience where guests create their own cocktails with all ingredients provided. Each participant receives a Masterclass kit, included in the price, to take home as a keepsake.
Led by a professional mixologist, and supported by an additional bartender, the session is both entertaining and informative. Guests will learn step by step how to shake, stir and serve cocktails, with plenty of guidance throughout. We provide all the necessary equipment, including returnable martini and cocktail glassware.
The experience lasts up to 1.5 hours, followed by a 30-minute Q&A session, giving guests the chance to deepen their knowledge. You choose the location, and we’ll handle the rest – including applying for the Temporary Event Notice (TEN) and arriving one hour before to set up.

Embark on a journey through the world of wine with our interactive Wine Workshops.
Explore the great wine-producing countries of Europe or venture into the New World to uncover the stories behind the wineries, climates, terroirs and flavours.
Our workshops are designed to be engaging team-building experiences. Working in groups, participants will explore different countries and regions, gather insights into climate and altitude, and taste wines while discovering the secrets behind their unique character.
Each session includes:
4 wines to taste (75ml each)
Wine worksheets and tasting sheets
Regional maps and pencils
Glassware and note materials
The experience lasts up to 2 hours, followed by a 30-minute Q&A session. Groups will be guided by a certified sommelier, who will introduce the fundamentals of wine tasting, explain the regions and appellations, and demonstrate step by step how to appreciate wine.
The first wine is tasted together with the sommelier, who explains tasting techniques and introduces the production area.
The second and third wines are explored by each group, with the sommelier’s support, encouraging discovery and discussion.
The fourth wine is tasted and analysed independently by the teams, with a prize awarded to the group who demonstrates the best notes and observations. Winners may also receive an optional printed diploma to celebrate their achievement.
Prices start from £50 per person, with a minimum group size of 20 people and a maximum of 60 people.
